3. Uniform & Appearance

Students must adhere to the school’s uniform policy and maintain a neat, respectful appearance. Uniforms should be clean and properly worn. Hairstyles, shoes, and accessories should align with school guidelines. This helps create a unified school identity and supports a focused learning environment.

4. Attendance & Punctuality

Regular attendance is essential for student success.
Students are expected to arrive on time and attend all scheduled classes. In case of absence, a written note from a parent or guardian must be submitted. Excessive unexcused absences or frequent tardiness may impact the student’s academic standing, including deductions in behavior grades and restrictions from participating in school activities.

5. Transportation

The school offers safe and organized transportation for students from participating areas.

– A transportation coordinator assigns students to the correct buses.

– Parents coordinate directly with bus drivers for pick‑up/drop–off details.

– The school monitors the service for punctuality, safety, and student behavior.

– Any changes to transportation must be reported in advance.

6. Technology & Digital Citizenship

At Al Manar Modern School, we embrace technology as a powerful tool for enhancing education, creativity, and communication. From interactive classrooms to digital learning platforms, students are equipped with the skills needed to thrive in a tech-driven world.

But with the use of technology comes responsibility. That’s why we place strong emphasis on Digital Citizenship teaching our students how to use technology wisely, ethically, and safely. They learn about online privacy, cyber bullying prevention, digital footprints, and respectful communication in the digital space.

By integrating technology into learning and promoting responsible digital behavior, AMS empowers students to become innovative thinkers and responsible users of technology ready for the future, both online and offline.

7. Health, Safety & Wellness

Student health and well-being are top priorities.

The school provides first aid services, follows strict safety protocols, and has a dedicated school nurse on site.

If your child has any allergies, medical conditions, or requires medication during the school day, please inform both the administration and the nurse, and ensure that all necessary forms are completed.

We also promote regular physical activity, healthy snacks, and mental wellness as part of our commitment to a safe and supportive environment.

8. Extracurricular Activities & Co curricular Opportunities

At AMS, students have access to a wide range of extracurricular activities, including clubs, sports teams, arts, STEAM programs, coding, and community service opportunities. These activities are designed to help students explore their interests, build valuable skills, and grow as leaders.
