At Al Manar Modern School, we recognise that the foundation of a successful educational experience lies in strong collaboration between the school, students, and their families. The AMS Parents Committee plays a key role in fostering this essential partnership by serving as a voice for parents and working hand in hand with the school administration.
The committee is composed of enthusiastic, committed, and proactive parents who dedicate their time and ideas to support the school’s mission. They act as a vital link between the parent body and the academic leadership, helping to build a positive and transparent school culture rooted in trust, mutual respect, and shared goals.
From contributing to school initiatives, volunteering at events, and supporting extracurricular activities, to providing constructive feedback and new perspectives, the Parents Committee is deeply involved in shaping the broader school experience. Their engagement ensures that parents are not just observers in their children’s education, but active partners in it.
Through regular meetings, collaborative planning, and ongoing dialogue, the AMS Parents Committee reinforces the values of community, cooperation, and student- centred development. Together, we continue to build a learning environment where every child is supported academically, emotionally, and socially.
We are proud to have such a committed group of parents contributing to the life of our school—and we welcome all families to be part of this journey.
The previous parents’ committee was composed of nine members and served a three-year term, from 2022 to 2025:
